The Forty Seventh Dream Of The Waiting Prince

Now this morning my Lord told me of his dream of the night before. And he said, “My dear scribe, last night as I slept, I dreamt. And in this dream I listened to those wiser than myself, who had come here to the High Palace to impart to me their wisdom. But each time they spoke, I was forced to cut the tongues from their mouths, for the silence of these halls is sacrosanct, and without it I shall never have the solitude in which to meditate successfully upon their words.”
