\u201cYep!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the second one this week!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis room was full of dolls<\/em>!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re so creepy<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey all look at you!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd keep looking at you!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe whole time you\u2019re in there!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then you can hear them laughing when you leave!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of them winked at me,\u201d Daniel said. \u201cAnd then her eye fell out!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I always wondered where they all came from,\u201d Agnes said. \u201cYou must have found their nest.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s behind Ethel\u2019s bedroom!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have to crawl through a little tunnel to get there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a door in my cupboard,\u201d Ethel said. \u201cThat\u2019s how you get in to see them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd how they<\/em> get out to see us!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere never used to be a door there,\u201d Agnes said. \u201cI\u2019d have noticed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know, Mum.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe already told you this is a new room.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, don\u2019t tell Oya and Anna,\u201d Agnes said. \u201cThey might not want to know they live in a house that grows. It might frighten them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnna\u2019s not scared of anything<\/em>!\u201d Ethel said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, Oya might be,\u201d said Agnes. \u201cYou did say these dolls were frightening, remember?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe did not,\u201d said Claire. \u201cWe said they were creepy<\/em>!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey make you all shivery just to look at them,\u201d Tina said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut they\u2019re not scary at all,\u201d Ethel said. <\/p>\n

\u201cNot even when they wink at you!\u201d Daniel told his mother.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd their eyes fall out!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd they start bleeding doll\u2019s brains out of their eyeholes!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI really don\u2019t think you should tell Oya,\u201d Agnes said firmly.<\/p>\n
